UNIVERSITY OF INDIANAPOLIS
STUDENT ART EXHIBITION
The annual Student Art Exhibition will be held in
Leah Ransburg Gallery in Good Hall. Date and time to be announced.
Artwork may be submitted under the following categories: Drawing, Painting, Sculpture, Mixed Media, Printmaking, Visual Communication Design, Ceramics and Photograph.
All work must be original and created while a student at Uindy.
No work that has been shown in previous student exhibitions is allowed.
All artwork must be ready for presentation. This includes matting, mounting, glazing and framing. (See the attached guidelines for proper work presentation.)
Each work must have an attached entry label which is to be affixed to the back, upper-right corner. The label will include your name, year in school, e-mail, title of the work, and the appropriate category. See attached entry label.
Three pieces may be submitted. A series counts as one piece. However, the judge reserves the right to remove pieces from the series.
The judge reserves the right to move pieces from one category to another.
Awards will be presented as follows: One "Honorable Mention" in each category One "Best of ..." in each category. Three "Best of Show" awards: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (Cash prizes for these winners)
